This ministry was started by parents of a prodigal daughter who’s story was made into a movie by Sony in 2015 and the movement that followed.
“If your child suffers from addiction, mental illness, self-injury, an eating disorder, gender identity crisis, suicidal thoughts or any other issues you feel are beyond your control, you are not alone” “Parents of Prodigals” is a support group for the parents of children of all ages struggling to find their way in this world. We are not counselors, advisers or experts. We are parents, just like you going through a painful experience.
This is not a place to find out how to “fix” your child, but what you learn may aid their growth. This is not a bible study, but we refer to scripture; it’s not a prayer meeting but we will pray for you and your children.
We meet on the first and third Tuesdays of each month with light refreshments served. 7:00PM – 8:30PM; there is no sign up and no fees involved. This group is open to anyone in the community. We look forward to seeing you,
